U.S. beef production= 12,733,643 tonnes vs. global beef production= 72,446,078 tonnes. Therefore, U.S. beef production would be ~18% of global beef production. 

U.S. cattle stocks= 93,789,500 head vs. World cattle stocks= 1,529,295,983 cattle. Therefore, the U.S. would have ~6% of the world’s total cattle.
